1. Start with the intake form

All new clients begin with a short intake form. It takes about 5-10 minutes and helps me understand what we’re working with, and what kind of support you’re looking for. 

Once submitted, I’ll review your information and reach out personally to discuss next steps, pricing, and scheduling.

2. Consultation

The consultation is a required first step and allows me to properly assess your space and provide thoughtful, tailored guidance. Consultations will be roughly 45-75 minutes.

For clients starting from scratch or reworking a space.

60-75 minutes

Plant design consultations start at $125, with pricing based on the size and scope of your place.

Plant Health Consultation

For clients with plants that are struggling or causing confusion. 

45-60 minutes

  • Diagnosing plant health issues 
  • Identifying causes (light, watering, soil, pests)
  • Providing clear, actionable care guidance 
  • Helping you understand how to support your plants moving forward

Plant health consultations start at $100, depending on the number of plants and complexity.

Plant Care Assessment

For clients interested in ongoing plant care services. 

30-60 minutes

  • Evaluating your plans and space 
  • Determining care needs and visit frequency 
  • Creating a personalized ongoing care plan 
  • Providing a quote for regular visits

Plant care assessment starts at $85, based on scope of the space and number of plants. If moving forward with plant care, this initial cost will be credited toward the first month of plant care. 

3. Implementation & Plant Care Services

Following your consultation, you’ll receive personalized recommendations tailored to your space, lifestyle, and plant goals. From there, you can choose to move forward with hands-on services designed to support long-term plant success.

Plant Sourcing and Setup

Bring new plant life into your space with confidence. I source plants that are suited to your environment and help install and style them so they thrive from day one.

May include: 

  • Plant selection and sourcing
  • Pot and material selection 
  • Repotting and soil preparation
  • Placement and styling  
  • Care, education, and maintenance guidance

Plant Refresh and Rehabilitation

For plants that need extra support, this service focuses on restoring plant health and and improving long term growth.
